Where Blizzard sits. Blizzard is our entry-price cube line: 25 kg/24h to 100 kg/24h, 375 mm to 666 mm wide, from $915 ex-GST. That covers a café, a small bar, an office or a staff room — venues that need reliable cube ice without a five-figure machine.
Sizing. As a starting point, allow roughly 0.7–0.9 kg of ice per customer served on your busiest day for a restaurant, or around 1.3 kg per bar seat per day for a bar. Size on your busiest trading day. Production and storage are two different numbers — the machine keeps making ice through the peak, but the bin is what carries you through it — and rated output is measured at a specified ambient air and incoming water temperature, so leave headroom for a hot kitchen.
